STANDARD CLIENT AGREEMENT

Please take a minute to look over our client agreement. We just want to ensure you understand how we plan to provide you quality service.

 

APPOINTMENTS

All services are by appointments only and are scheduled between 8 am-7:30 pm. A $35 deposit is required to confirm an appointment, full balances is DUE on the day that the services have been rendered via Credit Card Square Point of Sale, email transfer or cash. 

 

COURTESY CALL

Clients should call 1 hour in advance if you are running late. Please do not call close to or at your scheduled time to advise of being late .

 

LATENESS

Late arrivals interfere with the ability to respect the scheduled start time for the subsequent client in the day. Clients who are more than 10 minutes late to a service appointment, may forfeit the obligation to render your service in full, potentially resulting in incomplete service. Failure to arrive within 20 minutes of your scheduled appointment start time signifies a no show, which is liable to incur a fee value to 50 – 100% of your service as listed.  

 

CANCELLATIONS

All service appointments canceled/rescheduled less than 48 hours’ notice and no shows may incur a fee valued up to 100% of the estimated value of all scheduled services.

 

CHILDREN AND OTHER GUESTS

For the safety of your children, please note that the workspace cannot accommodate children who are not receiving services. The necessary child care arrangement should be made prior to your appointment.

 

All appointments and services are one-on-one sessions, so please avoid bringing additional persons with you at these sessions.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Do notify your consultant of any medical conditions that may affect or be affected by my services. It is important to notify your consultant if you are ill to avoid contamination from a cold flu of any other ailment, which can have an effect on the health of your consultant to avoid a prolong loss of income. No service will be provided to clients whose locks have not been washed prior to service, unwashed hair/locks present a health hazard to your consultant.

 

REFUNDS

The labor of your consultant cannot be refunded once service is rendered.
