RE-TIGHT POLICIES

- Re-tights for Sisterlocks TM. Brotherlocks TM, Microlocks and Braidlocks should be schedule every 4-6 weeks. Your re-tight cost is based on all appointments booked within this timeline.
2. For each week your re-tight extends beyond 6 weeks, an additional $35 will be applied to your re-tight cost. If there is maintenance to be done because of extended re-tight period, an additional cost can be applied. Excessive maintenance will require a separate appointment.
3. Your locks should be washed no less than 48 hours prior to your re-tight session and free of any products. Re-tight appointment will be rescheduled for unwashed hair, as unwashed hair presents a “health hazard” to your consultant. Also, re-tighting dirty hair locks the dirt into your locks.
- *Your locks should be fully separated from the roots up. Non-separated locks will be
subject to an additional charge of
$25.
- Re-tight sessions can take between 2.5 – 4 hours
- **The duration
of your re-tights can be based on such factors as non-separated locks, low
or high number of locks, extensive chatting, and improper head positions to
name a few.
*Non-separated locks lead to extended re-tight sessions and it also leads damages and weakens locks. Your locks should be separated regularly and not only when washed.
**Lock re-tight prices are based on lock types, number of locks and for re-tight every 4-6 wks.

APPOINTMENTS
All services are by appointments only and are scheduled between 8 am-7:30 pm. A 30% deposit is required to confirm an appointment, and Payment balances are required on the day that the services have been rendered via Credit Card Square Point of Sale, email transfer or cash.
LATENESS
Late arrivals interfere with the ability to respect the scheduled start time for subsequent client in the day.
Clients who are more than 10 minutes late to a service appointment, may forfeit the obligation to render your service in full, potentially resulting in incomplete service. Failure to arrive within 20 minutes of your scheduled appointment start time signifies a no show, which is liable to incur a fee value to 100% of your service as listed.
COURTESY CALL
Clients should call 60 minutes in advance if you are running late. Please do not call close to or at your scheduled time to advise of being late.
CANCELLATIONS
All service appointments cancelled/rescheduled less than 48 hours’ notice and no shows may incur a fee valued up to 100% of the estimated value of all scheduled services.
CHILDREN AND OTHER GUESTS
For the safety of your children, please note that the workspace cannot accommodate children who are not receiving services. The necessary child care arrangement should be made prior to your appointment.
Other Guests
All appointments and services are one-on-one sessions, so please avoid bringing additional persons with you at these sessions.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Do notify your consultant of any medical conditions that may affect or be affected by my services. It is important to notify your consultant if you are ill to avoid contamination from a cold flu of any other ailment, which can have an effect on the health of your consultant to avoid a prolong loss of income. No service will be provided to clients whose locks have not been washed prior to service, unwashed hair/locks presents a health hazard to your consultant.
REFUNDS
The labour of your consultant cannot be refunded once service is rendered.
